Overview of Belzona 1121
A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on 100% solids epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working life, ideal for large applications where greater volumes of material are required or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures.
Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.

How do you use Belzona 1121 to fill holes in metal without welding?
Belzona 1121 is a 2-part epoxy composite for metal repair and resurfacing. The paste is applied directly onto the application site with a plastic applicator or spatula. Press down the product firmly to fill all cracks, remove entrapped air, and ensure maximum contact with the surface. Belzona 1121 can be contoured to the correct profile with a plastic applicator or allowed to cure and then machined down to create a smooth profile. In addition, Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement tape) can be stippled over cracks, gaps, and holes, allowing it to fill holes in metal without welding.
