Overview of Belzona 1392
A two-component high temperature coating system specifically designed to provide erosion-corrosion protection in acid contaminated water and hydrocarbon systems. Belzona 1392 (Ceramic HT2) is resistant to water, aqueous solutions and hydrocarbons up to a temperature of 248°F (120°C) in continuous immersion.
This high-temperature coating exhibits excellent chemical resistance, particularly in systems contaminated by acid, and provides excellent erosion resistance. It also has excellent resistance to process chemicals and conditions such as steam-out and rapid depressurisation.
Key Benefits
Outstanding performance under elevated temperature conditions including dry heat and steam exposure
Excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons, and process chemicals
Easy to mix and apply without specialist tools
100% solids formulation reduces health and safety risks in confined spaces with no shrinkage on cure
Exceptional compressive strength for load-bearing applications and demanding mechanical environments
