Frequently Asked Questions
What is Belzona 1391S and how is it different from Belzona 1391T?
Belzona 1391S is a sprayable variant of the high temperature ceramic-filled coating system, designed for spray application on large surface areas. Belzona 1391T is the same family in a brushable form for hand application — choice between them depends on application method and area size.
What service temperatures does Belzona 1391S support?
Belzona 1391S is engineered for high temperature immersion service, suitable for protecting equipment in aqueous environments at elevated temperatures. Refer to the Product Specification Sheet for exact wet and dry service limits.
How is Belzona 1391S applied?
Belzona 1391S is applied using heated airless spray equipment over an abrasive-blasted substrate. The spray application enables fast coverage of large vessels, tanks, and pipework. Working life and overcoat windows must be observed per the Instructions for Use.
