Overview
Chemical containment areas fail when concrete porosity, joint shrinkage, and existing crack networks let spilled product travel into the substrate and through the bund wall to surrounding soil. Belzona 4341 (Magma CR4) is the inorganic-acid-resistant immersion lining where direct chemical attack is the primary risk; Belzona 4361 stays intact when the concrete itself cracks under thermal or seismic load, holding the seal across the moving substrate. Both apply cold over prepared concrete with no off-site fabrication or hot work in the chemical area.
