Overview
Marine fenders, conveyor skirting, and chute liners take impact and abrasion on rubber components that ordinary patching cannot bond reliably to, leaving the asset out of service while replacement parts are sourced and shipped. Belzona 2311 (SR Elastomer) is the polyurethane resin formulated for emergency and permanent rubber-component repair with high build, abrasion resistance, and tear strength; Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer) covers the broader rubber-and-metal repair envelope where a slower cure or vertical-face build is needed. Both bond directly to existing rubber without solvent etching.

About Gaskets, Seals & Shims
Gasket, seal, and shim work is constrained by dimensional tolerance: the gasket has to seat in millimeters, the shim has to land at the correct thickness, and the seal has to hold the system pressure on a face that has not been milled in years. Belzona's form-in-place compounds are specified against those tolerances.
