Overview of Belzona 4141
Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) is a two-component, epoxy-based, lightweight, non-porous repair compound specifically engineered for rebuilding severely damaged or worn vertical and overhead concrete and stone surfaces. Its lightweight, sag-resistant formulation enables build-up to 127 mm (5 inches) thick on vertical surfaces and 76 mm (3 inches) thick overhead with minimal support during application.
Used with Belzona 4911 (Magma TX Conditioner) as a primer for excellent substrate adhesion, Belzona 4141 is ideal for spalled concrete, weathered stonework, refurbishment of decorative mouldings, archways, windowsills, walls, bridges, and cosmetic repairs. The system delivers cohesive substrate failure adhesion of up to 4.2 MPa (605 psi) on damp concrete and zero slump at 100mm (4 inches) at 68°F.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) used for?
Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) is a 2-part lightweight epoxy paste-grade composite designed for filling, repairing, and rebuilding concrete and stonework on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces. Its low-density formulation makes it ideal for non-slump applications without sagging.
What is the mixing ratio of Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build)?
The mixing ratio of Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) is 8 : 1 (Base : Solidifier) by weight and 13 : 1 (Base : Solidifier) by volume. Please see the Product Specification Sheet (PSS) for more information.
How do you apply Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build)?
To apply Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build), the surface must be clean, firm, and dry, free of paint, oils, and other contaminants, and conditioned with Belzona 4911 (Magma TX Conditioner). Mix the entire contents of the Solidifier into the Base unit until a homogeneous color is achieved. Within 30 minutes at 68°F (20°C), apply to the conditioned surface using a trowel or spatula in single passes up to the recommended thickness. The material is non-slump on vertical and overhead surfaces. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) for more information.
