Overview
Equipment baseplate looseness and bedplate cracking from sustained vibration drive a feedback loop where rotating equipment misalignment generates more vibration, accelerates the structural fatigue, and eventually shows up as catastrophic bearing failure rather than gradual wear. Belzona 7111 chocks the baseplate to its foundation with a 100% solids pourable epoxy that absorbs physical and thermal shock; Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) rebuilds bearing housings and other metal-loss surfaces back to dimensional tolerance. Both cure cold without taking the foundation out of service for replacement-grade work.
