Overview of Belzona 9811
Belzona 9811 is an alumina (aluminum oxide) tile sheet designed to provide superior erosion and impact resistance to surfaces operating in highly abrasive service. Supplied as a flexible sheet of bonded alumina tiles on a fabric backing, the product is cut to shape and bonded to the substrate using compatible Belzona adhesive systems. The high-hardness alumina ceramic delivers wear life far in excess of metal in environments where coarse particulates, slurries, or high-velocity media accelerate substrate loss.
