Overview of Belzona 9611
Belzona 9611 (ES-Metal) is a moldable, fast-curing two-component epoxy putty supplied in stick form, designed to seal low-pressure live leaks before more permanent Belzona composite repairs are applied. The product is hand-kneaded to a uniform gray color, then forced into the leak defect and held under pressure with a Belzona tourniquet until cure. Once Belzona 9611 has stopped the leak, a Belzona paste-grade composite such as Belzona 1111 or 1212 can be applied with Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement Tape) to deliver a durable long-term repair.
Note: This product was previously known as Belzona 1291 and was renumbered into the 9000 series on January 1, 2016.
