Overview of Belzona 3931
Belzona 3931 (WG Membrane Conditioner) is a one-part, solvent-based polyurethane surface conditioner designed specifically to promote adhesion of Belzona 3131 (WG Membrane) to porous substrates such as concrete. Brushed onto prepared substrates ahead of the moisture-activated urethane membrane, it stabilises the porous surface and provides a reliable bond for long-term roof waterproofing.
Compatible with Belzona's cold-applied urethane roofing system, Belzona 3931 enables application of Belzona 3131 to substrates that would otherwise present adhesion challenges due to porosity. The conditioner is applied with a stiff-bristled brush and supports overcoating within 1 to 48 hours, fitting around typical site schedules and weather windows.
